Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups roasted wheat seviyan/vermicelli


  • 1/2 cups boiled corns


  • 1/2 cups shredded cabbage


  • 1 nos carrot medium cut into julliens


  • 1 nos spring onion chopped


  • 1 nos small capsicum chopped


  • 1/2 cups chopped french beans


  • 1/4 cups green peas boiled


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce


  • 1 tsp sabji masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder(optional)


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Boil about 2-3 cups of water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add all the vegetables except peas and spring onion green.
  • fry the vegetables for about 30 seconds. Add in salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, sabji masala.
  • Cook the vegetables till they get tender.
  • Now add roasted vermicelli,spring onion greens , corns and peas, mix in well and fry for a minute.
  • Now add hot water, cook covered on medium flame for say 5 -6 minutes , keep checking ,when cooked, add soy sauce and lemon juice, and mix well gently.
  • Nutritious and delicious seviyan are ready to serve. Do the plating , garnish with coriander , Serve hot! !!!!
